From discovery to launch — learn to run product cycles, write specs that earn trust, and make decisions with real data.
View curriculum →NLUPC is a professional upskilling academy for people who take their careers seriously. Small cohorts, senior practitioners, and outcomes you can measure.
Each program is a 12-week cohort with live sessions, weekly projects, and one-on-one mentorship from people who actually do the work.
From discovery to launch — learn to run product cycles, write specs that earn trust, and make decisions with real data.
View curriculum →SQL, Python, and the analyst instincts that make you the person in the room who actually knows what the numbers mean.
View curriculum →Craft, systems, and critique — building interfaces that hold up under real-world pressure, not just portfolio pressure.
View curriculum →Positioning, funnels, and the boring math behind good growth work — the kind that compounds instead of spike-then-crash.
View curriculum →We built NLUPC around one idea: real skills come from real work, reviewed by people who've done it.
Twice-weekly live calls in cohorts of eight. No pre-recorded lectures you'll never finish.
Every week you ship something. Briefs come from real companies, not fictional case studies.
Your work gets reviewed by someone senior. Honest feedback, not cheerleading.
Alumni community, referral network, and follow-ups long after the cohort ends.
Every NLUPC instructor is a working practitioner — not a full-time educator reading from a deck.

I expected a course. What I got was three months of doing real work with real feedback, alongside people who took it as seriously as I did.
The critique sessions broke a lot of bad habits I'd carried for years. My manager noticed within a month.
The cohort size is the whole thing. Eight people means you can't hide — and that's exactly the point.
It depends on the program. Product, Design, and Data assume 1–2 years of adjacent experience. Growth is the most accessible for career changers. Every application includes a short conversation with our team to check fit.
Around 10–12 hours per week: two live sessions (90 minutes each), one project, and one critique call. Most participants do it alongside a full-time job.
Yes. Live sessions run on Zoom, project work happens async, and critiques happen in small video calls. You'll need a stable internet connection and a quiet space twice a week.
Tuition is listed on each program page. Monthly payment plans are available for all programs without interest, and a limited number of partial scholarships are offered each cohort.
Sessions are recorded and shared with your cohort within 24 hours. Missing two or more live critiques requires rescheduling with your instructor — the critique sessions are where most of the learning happens.
Applications take about 15 minutes. If it's a fit, you'll hear from us within a week — with a real human on the other end of the email.
